I am so moved by the diligence of our students to collect coins and dollars for this worthy cause.  They are often talking about the money they are collecting for the orphans and how it will be put to good use.  

On April 9th we donated 148.47 from the Kindergarten and 2nd grade classes.  We still have the fourth grade- who will be opening their rice bowls tomorrow on April 10th.  (The site does not yet reflect this last donation, yet we are thrilled!) 

With a ten dollar initial donation and then this last donation, it is likely that we will meet our 175 dollar goal.  Our students have been so invested in this cause. ( We chose to just involve three grades this year.)

    Joshua Christian Academy is SO MOTIVATED to help these orphaned children! They have been diligently filling up their rice bowls. This is such a meaningful project to them. This project inspires me, as well as the JCA students! Mrs. Know m Richman

            We are so thrilled to be partnering with Rice Bowls to feed orphaned children around the world. 
            Today we made a donation of 148. 47 from the Kindergarten and 2nd grade classes at Joshua Christian Academy.  The 4th grade is also participating and will be opening their rice bowls tomorrow.
           We chose three grades to participate this year in this very worthwhile mission project.
